OXFORD, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Amazon has opened a new delivery station in Oxford.

The facility is expected to create up to 70 full and part-time jobs in addition to new driver opportunities.

“ By collaborating with the Calhoun County EDC and other stakeholders, we’re creating meaningful opportunities for growth in our area,” said Mayor Alton Craft, City of Oxford. “Projects like this not only boost our local economy but also support the families who proudly call Calhoun County home.”

The 85,000-square foot delivery station is located in the Oxford South Industrial Park.
