ST. CHARLES, Minn. — The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of sexual assault involving a juvenile female.

Megan Cogswell, a 42-year-old resident of St. Charles, was interviewed by investigators and subsequently arrested. The case has been forwarded to the Olmsted County Attorney’s Office for potential charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct.
