ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) - The Enterprise Chamber of Commerce Military & Veterans Affairs Committee is hosting their 3rd annual "Veterans Appreciation Community Luncheon" in Enterprise in November.

The luncheon is appreciating and honoring our active and former service members in the armed forces across the Wiregrass region.

Disabled American Veterans are also helping and assisting with the event.

During the luncheon, there are going to be several awards handed out, including the Veteran of the Year, the Service Member of the Year and the Boll Weevil Military Award, presented by Disabled American Veterans; anyone can nominate any veteran or active service member for the awards, and nominations and supporting documents are due by October 15th.
