WALKER, Mich. — CNC Logistics Inc., an Amazon delivery partner, closed its facility located at 3415 Northridge Dr NW in Walker back in August, resulting in 75 employees being terminated.

The plant closed suddenly, and was unable to provide employees the full 60 days notice that is required.

"The closure/layoff is the direct result of unforeseeable business circumstances," read a filing from the plant with the state. "Specifically, our principal customer suddenly and unexpectedly informed us on August 27, 2025, that it would be terminating its contract with CNC Logistics DGR8 effective August 27, 2025, resulting in a substantial and immediate loss of business."
