New massive data center in N.J. is designed for AI with liquid cooling

CoreSite has finished building a 138,000-square-foot NY3 data center with advanced liquid cooling capacities in Hudson County.

NY3, located on Emerson Lane in Secaucus, will support the growing demands of artificial intelligence workloads and enterprise cloud connectivity, according to a Sept. 25 statement by CoreSite.

The new facility has advanced liquid cooling capabilities to provide enhanced thermal efficiency needed to support high-performance computing and AI-driven workloads, the company said.

The thermal efficiency aligns with industry trends identified in the 2025 State of the Data Center Report , CoreSite said.

The report found that cloud interconnection is the primary reason organizations choose co-location facilities for generative AI applications.
