ATLANTA — A group gathered Saturday evening to bring attention to the ongoing conflict impacting Gaza.

Demonstrators gathered on the 17th Street Bridge in Atlanta supporting Gaza. The rally was organized by Atlanta's Party for Socialism and Liberation and Atlanta for Palestine. Some had flags and signs that said "Free Palestine," "End the genocide," along with many others. Credit: WXIA

They are calling for an end to the violence, and they want to see the activists who were detained earlier this week released.

As they rallied, the group tried to get as many eyes as possible on their demonstration by holding their signs against the fencing on the bridge that overlooks the interstate. Credit: WXIA
