Jeremiah Barnes, Christiansburg

The sophomore quarterback completed 18 of 28 passes for 194 yards with two touchdown throws to lead the Blue Demons to their first win of the season in a 34-31 victory over Pulaski County.

Gavin Binns, James River

The senior running back rushed for 301 yards on 40 carries averaging over 7.5 yards per attempt, and scored four touchdowns as the Knights earned a narrow 35-34 win over Martinsville.

David Cook, Bassett

The junior quarterback totaled five touchdowns to lead the Bengals to a 63-6 rout of Tunstall. Cook complete 9 of 14 passes for 190 yards with four touchdowns, and ran three times for 51
