The Decatur City Council has approved a significant economic package to bring Rock the South, a major music festival, to The Fields at Decatur starting in 2026.
The festival, set for June 11-13, 2026, is expected to boost the local economy by generating millions annually through tourism and job creation.
Mayor Tab Bowling emphasized the festival's importance.
