LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The WHAS11 News Weather Impact Alert Team has issued a Weather Impact Alert Day for Tuesday for heavy rain and localized flooding.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for northeastern Bullitt, east central Jefferson County, Shelby County and northern Spencer County in Kentucky until 6 p.m.
