NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Neighbors in an East Nashville neighborhood say newly installed speed cushions are damaging their cars, some to the point of ruin.
The speed limit on Haysboro Avenue in Inglewood is 25 miles per hour, but it lowers to 20 for speed cushions. Some people are expressing concern online that 20 miles per hour is still too fast, and it's causing damage to vehicles.
Three new speed cushions were installed on Haysboro Avenue near the front of the neighborhood with the goal of slowing traffic in both directions on the road.
