BATH, N.H. (WWLP) - A 73-year-old man has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder following the deaths of two family members in Bath, New Hampshire.

NBC Boston states that on Tuesday afternoon, police were sent to a report of shots fired at a home on Tyler Way in Bath, where they discovered the bodies of 67-year-old Cindy Moody and her 39-year-old daughter, Kristal Moody, both with gunshot wounds.

Cindy Moody's brother-in-law, Charles Readey, was present at the incident with a gun when police arrived.

He was subsequently arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree murder. Readey is expected to be arraigned at a later date.
