MOOSE CREEK — Cara Health, a Moose Creek-based medical clinic, offers primary care and specialty health services that are paid for by patients out-of-pocket — but has been advocating to be able to bill the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) directly.
Since opening in the small Eastern Ontario community in 2021, owner Cara Sabourin said that more than 1,200 patients have accessed the services available at Cara Health .
