HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Customer service phone lines for TheBus and Skyline are offline, the Honolulu Department of Transportation Services announced Friday morning.

Technicians are investigating the cause of the lost phone service.

For Handi-Van reservations and cancellations, customers are asked to call (808) 650-3021.

TheBus Pass Office in Kalihi and the HOLO Card Call Center remain open.

HOLO cards can be used to ride TheBus and Skyline, which are both still running on a regular schedule.

This happened back in early September.
