YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - With new treatments emerging in the fight against Alzheimer's and other dementias, now is the time for hope.

It's also a time for action. The Walk to End Alzheimer's is Saturday at YSU. You're encouraged to participate or just show some support. It's also free to attend.

The Alzheimer's Association calls the walks being done around the world the biggest support group for anyone who's been affected by Alzheimer's or just cares about the cause.

"The walk to end Alzheimer's is so important. It's our largest fundraiser.
