Kalen DeBoer wants his Alabama Crimson Tide to take what Missouri’s giving it.
The Alabama coach felt that wasn’t the case late in the first half, despite holding at 17-10 lead on the road.
“We have to do a better job of taking what they give us,” DeBoer told the Crimson Tide Sports Network. “This last drive we got a little greedy with decisions and things like that. Guys are in it. They are executing at a high level at crucial times.”
Ty Simpson led the Tide to two touchdowns on the first two drives before a second-quarter field goal.
The offense, which managed just 9 yards on four plays, had to punt with 3:30 left in the first half.
Still, the Tide rolled up 164 yards of offense, 3 yards fewer than the Tigers.
