TEAGUE, Texas — A woman is facing a Driving While Intoxicated charge after being pulled over Saturday morning, according to the Teague Police Department.

Bailey G. Mills was arrested after undergoing a breathalyzer test, in which she recorded a BAC of 0.16, twice the legal limit of 0.08 in Texas.

Police received a report of an unresponsive person in a car at a drive-thru window of Sonic at 804 US Hwy 84 W. Teague.

Teague EMS also arrived at the scene and determined that there were no medical conditions contributing to this incident.

Mills was booked into the Freestone County Jail. Her DWI was enhanced to a Class A misdemeanor because of her level of intoxication. The case will be referred to the Freestone County Attorney's Office for final disposition, according to police.
