BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - The Biloxi Police Department (BPD) implemented phase three of its Highway 90 traffic plan around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.

During the third phase of the traffic plan, the left lanes on both sides of Highway 90 are closed to regular traffic and designated for emergency vehicles only.

All intersections between White Avenue and Debuys Road are also closed to traffic.
