CLEVELAND, Ohio – Officials have identified the teen who was fatally shot at a Cleveland apartment complex last week .

Tresean Martin, 16, of Cleveland died at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center on Friday after he was wounded at Rainbow Terrace Apartments on Garden Valley Drive.

Police said Monday that Martin and a 14-year-old boy got into a fight before the shooting. No charges have been filed.

The other boy, whose name has not been released, was also wounded in the shooting. His condition was not available.

So far this year, the city has had 82 homicides. Last year, it had 94 during the same time period, according to city police records.
