TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Arizona Department of Public Safety has identified the three victims in a fatal two-vehicle crash that happened on Saturday night.

Julian Daniel Montes, 17, was identified as one of the victims.

Aleesha Herrington, 25, and Dejon Nicole Weaver, 48, were the two other victims of the fatal crash.

The deadly two-vehicle crash happened on Oct. 11 around 8:10 p.m. on the eastbound lanes of State Route 86 at Milepost 168, AZDPS said.

According to officials, a Jeep Cherokee, a ride share, attempted to make a left turn when it was hit by a Ford Fusion.

The Jeep Cherokee rolled off the road and the two rear seat passengers, Herrington and Weaver, were pronounced dead at the scene.
