NORFOLK, Va. — A multi-vehicle crash on I-64 westbound near Tidewater Drive is causing significant traffic delays in Norfolk Wednesday morning.

The crash, reported near mile marker 278.3, has closed the westbound left lane and left shoulder. Traffic backups are estimated to stretch about two miles.

Drivers are advised to use caution and allow extra travel time while crews respond and clear the scene.
