MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - There’s only a bit of time left to enjoy the outdoor Terrace season at UW-Madison.
Wisconsin Union leaders said Wednesday the 2,000 yellow, green and orange chairs will be put away, starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 27.
The removal of the iconic chairs marks the end of the summer season, which was full of concerts, outdoor movies and delicious food and drinks.
Wisconsin Union Deputy Director Susan Dibbell encouraged people to visit the Memorial Union Terrace during the last few days of the season.
“The Terrace is a place where people connect, relax and celebrate,” Dibbell said. “We hope community members and visitors will join us during the remaining days of the 2025 Terrace season and continue to enjoy all the Wisconsin Union has to offer year-round.”
