Scotland Yard says officers are actively looking into claims that Prince Andrew asked his police protection officer to find out personal information on his accuser, Virginia Giuffre.

His request was allegedly made hours before a photograph emerged showing him with Ms Guiffre when she was aged just 17. The Prince has not commented on these latest reports, but has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.
