ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - MARTA is helping riders with alternatives, as transportation from the Chamblee station has halted.

According to an X/Twitter post from MARTA Service, MARTAConnect is in effect for both Chamblee and Doraville due to a rail disruption at the Chamblee station Sunday morning.

A link was provided in the post, giving riders from both locations an $8 Uber credit towards getting a ride to their destinations.

MARTA has not released any information about what’s causing the rail disruption.
