A Texas man shot five people — killing three — then crashed his Dodge Caravan into a Buc-ee's convenience store, where he struck a woman inside and pinned her to a sales display before shooting himself in the head, cops say.

Christopher Reid Jr., 29, is currently hospitalized after attempting to take his own life at a Buc-ee's in Ennis around 5 a.m. on Friday, according to ABC affiliate WFAA .

He allegedly shot five people, killing three, at a home in Mabank just before 2:30 a.m. before heading to the Buc-ee's in his 2003 Caravan, per police. A motive has not yet been released by authorities.

A neighbor told WFAA that her front door, deck and steps are stained with blood after one of Reid's apparent victims came to her home after the shooting in a panic.
