SOUTH FULTON, Ga. — Warrants say a mom took her four children during a supervised visit at a park Saturday in South Fulton while a transport driver for the kids went to the restroom.

The search for Vanessa Carr ended on Saturday with her arrest and the children, ranging in ages from 11 months to 9 years, were located at a Greyhound station.

According to warrants, the mom has in the past expressed skepticism about their foster care.

Their DFCS case manager spoke to police and "stated that the children were initially taken from Vanessa due to negligent issues" but that the mom "has been on TikTok in the past and posted videos telling her side of the story for her case and has received a lot of followers."
