The Fairhope Police Department has officially charged resident Renea Gamble Fletcher with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after she was wrestled to the ground and arrested at a Saturday morning protest while wearing an inflatable penis costume.

On Monday, FPD said Fletcher was resisting arrest after calls were made to the city complaining about her costume.
