SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A Winner man, who broke federal laws against child sex trafficking and producing child pornography, has now been sentenced.
In July, a federal jury found Richard Alan Kucera, age 67, guilty on two counts of sex trafficking and guilty on two counts of producing child pornography. Kucera was accused of having sex with three different teenage girls younger than age 18 and production of child pornography with two of them, as well as a fourth teenage girl.
According to court documents, Judge Eric Schulte sentenced Kucera to 25 years of imprisonment on Monday. He was also sentenced to five years of supervised release.
For the two counts of sex trafficking, he was sentenced to 10 years that will run concurrently.
