SOUTH EDMESTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - An effort to make certain everyone has enough to eat has grown across 15 cities in 3 countries where Chobani has offices.

The Greek yogurt pioneer is holding its 3rd annual Let's Eat Week. On October 21st, employees and some community members packed shelf-stable meal boxes in a cafeteria of the company's South Edmeston plant.

The goal over several days is to donate 3,700 boxes to over 50 partners to distribute across Chenango and Otsego Counties. Chobani works with local schools and food pantries like the Community Cupboard of Edmeston to get the food to those in need.
