LANCASTER, Ohio — A new exhibit at the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio examines the impact food has on culture as well as the role it plays in our day-to-day lives.

Featuring works exclusively from the collection of the Canton Museum of Art , the installation will be on display at DACO through the end of the year.

"We really wanted to focus on food and art and how artists have portrayed food and art." explained Kaleigh Pisani, the exhibition's curator. "It's a really broad topic that everyone can relate to and it's an easy topic that artists can use to convey maybe some deeper meanings or maybe just to depict something really beautiful like cherries."
