WINCHESTER, Ky. (WKYT) — A man is facing charges after police say he exposed himself near a school bus stop in Winchester.

According to the Winchester Police Department, officers had been searching for a man who reportedly approached several teenage girls early this week in the College Street area as they waited for their school bus.

Police say plainclothes officers saturated the area Wednesday morning after receiving multiple reports. Around 6:35 a.m., a parent spotted the suspect walking nearby and alerted police.

An officer found the man, identified as 67-year-old Elvis Jones, near one of the bus stops.
