Nashville continues to see an increasing number of high-rise condominium offerings.
However — and interestingly to some observers of the local development scene — that has come with a notable dynamic of sorts. The newish condo towers now offering for-purchase residential units either were originally eyed as apartment buildings or likely planned as such.
For various reasons — likely dictated, in large part, by market considerations — the companies that developed three downtown sites with the residential high-rises now offering condos seemingly opted for a for-purchase model after construction of their respective buildings began or was completed.
