MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Thousands of Memphis Light, Gas, and Water customers are without power early Friday morning.

According to the company's power outage map, 1,595 customers are currently affected by the outage.

At this time, it is unclear what caused customers to lose power or when it will be restored.
