FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - The leadership in Franklin is alerting the public about a temporary closure at one of its parks on Saturday.

Portions of Liberty Park will be closed on Saturday to allow the city’s Urban Forestry team to perform much-needed tree work on the grounds.

The park is located at 2080 Turning Wheel Lane and is home to four baseball fields, a dog park, and a disc golf course.

The tree work will mostly affect the disc golf trails, but signage will be visible on Saturday.
