LANE/LINN COUNTY, Ore. - Unwanted or expired medications can be safely disposed of this Saturday at multiple locations, according to both the Lane and Linn County sheriff’s offices.
Lane County Sheriff’s Office officials said a drug take-back event will be held at the Lane County Public Works Customer Service Center at 3050 N. Delta Highway in Eugene. The event takes place on Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Community members can also drop off prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, pet medications, and more at the central reception lobby in the Lane County Courthouse from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
