Barksdale’s production was loud, make no mistake. In a 33-12 win against South Allegheny in Friday night’s regular season finale at Gladiator Stadium, the Steel Valley senior piled up 216 yards and three touchdowns on 30 carries.
Late in the game, with the result already sealed, he soared for an interception. Barksdale — whose back plate reads “DANGER BEWARE OF DOG” — was cramping and ultimately left with a completely ripped white undershirt.
