MOBILE COUNTY, Ala (WKRG) – A Saraland man has been killed following a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning in North Mobile County, according to a press release.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says the crash happened Saturday morning at 8:45 a.m. on U.S. Highway 43 one mile south of the Creola city limits.
They say a Jeep, driven by 48-year-old Jason Stanley, was struck by a Mercedes-Benz and left the roadway. The crash caused the Jeep to overturn.
Troopers say Stanley wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
They didn’t say what may have caused the crash. Troopers continue to investigate the incident.
