TUCSON, Ariz. - (KVOA) One man was killed while riding his motorcycle down Catalina Highway Saturday afternoon.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department identified the man as 53-year-old Jorge Marcano.

Deputies say Marcano was riding down the mountain, when his rear wheel began to lose traction. Witness and friends say the motorcycle flipped and Marcano was ejected, landing on the road.

Marcano died at the scene.
