It's a chilly, cloudy, rainy, and gloomy morning in the Tennessee Valley. Out-the-door temperatures are in the low 50s with scattered, heavy rain present throughout the region. We're also experiencing wind gusts up to 25 mph this morning making a day many of us likely just wish we could stay home and stay in bed.

Scattered, heavy rain stays with us through lunchtime and then is replaced with lighter and more isolated showers for the afternoon. At our warmest today, high temperatures will climb to the upper 50s when we should be sitting in the low 70s for this time of year.
