One person was taken to hospital after a crash in a city suburb. Emergency services were called to a crash at the junction of Lawson Avenue and Southfield Drive in Stanground, Peterborough just before 1.20pm on Sunday (October 26).
The crash involved two vehicles. One person was taken to Peterborough City Hospital for further treatment by the East of England Ambulance Service.
An ambulance spokesperson said: “We were called just before 1.20pm on Sunday, October 26, to a road traffic collision on the junction of Lawson Avenue and Southfield Drive in Stanground.
“Two ambulances were sent to the scene. One patient was transported to Peterborough City Hospital for further assessment and treatment.”
