PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - A Pitt County man has been accused of rape.

49-year-old Antonio Meza was arrested by Farmville police last night.

According to warrants, Meza forcefully went against the victim’s will and raped them yesterday.

Meza has been charged with first-degree forcible rape.

He was taken to the Pitt County Jail without bond.

Meza will appear before a judge this afternoon.
