A police officer allegedly succumbed to a botched butt lift and other surgical procedures. The woman, a New York Police Department (NYPD) detective, leaves three children. ‌

Alicia Stone was found unresponsive in her hotel room around 6:30am on October 23 and was quickly taken to Fundación Valle del Lili Hospital in Cali, Colombia. The 40-year-old mum-of-three was reportedly declared dead a little more than an hour later. ‌
