CLEVELAND, Ohio – Hangry Brands has acquired Edison’s Pub in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood.
Jason Beudert, one of the company’s partners, says no changes are planned, that they want to keep Edison’s as is. The changeover is effective Friday, Oct. 31.
Cleveland-based Hangry Brands’ portfolio includes a pair of Tremont spots: Steak on West 11th Street and Danny’s on Professor Avenue, as well as a soon-to-be announced full-service concept in the former Crust location.
“We love Tremont; it’s a nice little neighborhood,” Beudert said.
Danny Grim, an operating partner at Danny’s steps from Edison’s, will help support and oversee the location, Hangry Brands said in announcing the deal. The company also owns Geraci’s Slice Shop and Lionheart Coffee downtown, Jolene’s on East Fourth Street
