ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A chili cook-off fundraiser is scheduled for this November and will benefit the Escambia County Public Schools Foundation.
Proceeds from the cook-off, which is sponsored by the Pensacola Association of Realtors, will be used for the Tools for Teachers program, supplying classroom supplies to ECPS teachers.
“We are so grateful for this partnership with the Pensacola Association of Realtors,” said Escambia Public Schools Foundation Executive Director Jo McArthur. “This event brings the community together for a fun afternoon that benefits the students and teachers in our district.”
The cook-off is being held on Nov. 1 at Fountain Park from noon to 3 p.m.
Tickets are $10 for those 11 years old and older and can be purchased online or at the event. Kids 10 and
