The Titans have traded their second starting cornerback this season.
Tennessee on Monday dealt Roger McCreary, the No. 35 overall pick in the 2022 draft and the team’s starting nickel corner, to the Los Angeles Rams.
In exchange for McCreary and the highest of the Titans’ three sixth-round draft selections in 2026 (the one closest to the seventh round), Tennessee will receive the lowest of the Rams’ fifth-round selections in 2026, which will likely be a pick that originally belonged to the Titans.
Tennessee had dealt that fifth-round pick to the Rams in 2024 as part of the deal that sent linebacker Ernest Jones to Los Angeles.
The trading of McCreary means the Titans are currently without all three of the cornerbacks who were considered starters this season.
