PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Health officials confirmed that one Oregon resident has tested positive for E. coli infection after eating cheese from a Washington creamery.
On Monday, the Oregon Health Authority announced that the resident was one of three people to get infected after eating unpasteurized aged cheese from Twin Sisters Creamery in Washington.

According to health officials, they obtained samples of the cheese, which confirmed the presence of E. coli, and which matched the two other Washington cases who had "indirect exposure" to cheese from the same creamery.
