Drivers in England could wake up to fines on Friday - thanks to a Halloween error. John Wilmot, CEO and founder of car leasing deals site LeaseLoco.com, warned failure to have a clear view while driving is against the rules and could see road users fined up to £1,000.
As well as the £1k financial reprimand, motorists could also be issued three points on their licence. Drivers are being reminded not to wear Halloween costumes which interfere with their driving.
