Martin Fitzwater is riding high following one of the biggest wins of his career. On Oct. 26, 2025, he discussed defeating Samson Dauda at the Prague Pro, which has set him up for another major bodybuilding season.
Last year, Fitzwater put himself on the map by taking fourth place in his Olympia debut. Shortly after that, he defeated Chris Bumstead at the Prague Pro , who was making his one-off Men’s Open debut before retirement. In addition, he took out former two-time 212 Olympia champ Shaun Clarida in the Czech Republic.
With hype in his back pocket, he competed at the Pittsburgh Pro , but couldn’t match the dryness or fullness he had at the Olympia. This pushed Fitzwater into third place, but it lit a fire under him ahead of the Olympia.
