ORANGEBURG, S.C. —

A reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in connection with two shootings that occurred at South Carolina State University earlier this month .

The shootings on Oct. 4 left 19-year-old Jaliyah Butler dead and a man seriously injured.

On Monday, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division said they are looking to speak with an individual who was on campus the night the shootings occurred.

SLED said through the generous support of an anonymous donor, a reward of $10,000 for information leading to the arrests and convictions of those responsible for the two shootings.

According to SLED, the reward will be distributed as follows:

$5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction in the first incident at Hugine Suites.
