(Gray News) – Sean “Diddy” Combs will be released from prison May 8, 2028, according to multiple sources.

The Hollywood Reporter said the release date will see Combs serve 85% of the 50-month sentence he was handed earlier this month.

In total, Combs will spend roughly 42 months in prison, which includes the year he spent in jail while he was awaiting trial in addition to the 30 months he has left.

The Hollywood Reporter said Combs has the opportunity to earn “good conduct time.”

Fox News reports in addition to the 50-month sentence, Diddy will have five years of supervised release and pay a $500,000 fine.

In July, a jury convicted Combs of flying people around the country for drug-fueled sexual encounters.
