ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -- Deputies have asked people to check their security cameras after multiple mailboxes were vandalized in Anderson.

According to the Anderson County Sheriff's Office, between six and eight mailboxes along Watkins Road were destroyed over the weekend.

Investigators said they are still trying to determine a motive for the vandalism, as well as how the mailboxes were destroyed.

Anyone with information of video footage of suspicious activity is asked to call the sheriff's office using reference number 2025-13926, or submit a tip anonymously online.
